LTD (hereinafter referred to as "us"). If our affiliated company uses
products/services provided by CorePrint in their products or services
(such as logging in directly with a CorePrint account without setting an
independent privacy policy), this policy also applies to that part of
the products or services. It should be noted that the products we

does not apply to the products/services provided to you by third

How do we collect and use your personal information

improve the content and layout of the product's interactive interface
and provide support for business decisions.

are a party, or to implement human resources requirements in accordance

information and facial images. Please be more cautious when using this
product and consider whether to publish and publicly share relevant

If you find that your personal information, especially your account or
password, has been leaked, please immediately contact the relevant
personnel of CorePrint user service so that we can take corresponding
measures based on your application. At the same time, we will also
report the handling of personal information security incidents in
accordance with regulatory requirements.
4、 Sensitive personal information reminder
Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once
leaked or illegally used, can easily harm the personal dignity of
natural persons or endanger their personal and property safety,
including biometrics, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical
health, financial accounts, and travel plans. The sensitive personal
information covered by this policy includes: email.
We explain to you the handling of sensitive personal information through

information will be deleted in a timely manner, except for information

relevant legal provisions or security technology restrictions, after
your personal information under this product is deleted from the
business system, we may not be able to delete the corresponding
information from the backup system immediately. We will safely store
your personal information and restrict any further processing until the
backup can be cleared or anonymized.

can also file a complaint with CorePrint customer service through the

To ensure security, if you make a request to us in accordance with
Section 5 of this policy, we will verify the identity of your personal
information subject before processing your request.
We do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests in principle, but
for requests that are repeated multiple times and exceed reasonable
limits, we will charge a certain cost according to the situation. We may
refuse requests that are unfounded, require excessive technical means
(such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing
practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others,
or are highly impractical.
In the following situations, according to legal and regulatory
requirements, we will not be able to respond to your request:
1. Related to national security and national defense security;
2. Those related to public safety, public health, and major public
interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution
of judgments;
